All our products are made with a mixture of Cotton and Polyester. The designs on each of our clothing is created with Vinyl. In order to keep products in good condition wash on delicate with cold water and NOT on heavy duty. 

Each product is great for Mental Health Awareness because it shows that you are mindful of your own Mental Health which will allow others to be when they read the message on your item. These items are made to help decrease the Stigma of Mental Health and allow others to feel comfortable speaking about different issues they may be facing.
